Furrowly
Kennels is set in the rolling hills of Narre Warren North, a far outer
south eastern suburb approximately 45 klms from Melbourne, Australia's 2nd largest
city.
We
came across the Pug some 15 years ago and have been actively
involved with the breed ever since with myself being the Treasurer
of the Pug Club of Victoria ever since 2000 and Kellie joining the
committee the year after.
We
first saw our first French Bulldog in 2000 whilst showing in the
national capitol, Canberra and it was the start of our love with
the breed.
I have been Secretary of the
French Bulldog Club of Victoria for the past 4 years and Kellie is
a committee member.
In
2008 we purchased a third breed, a British Bulldog, and we
hope to develop this further.
All
of our dogs are family members.
Kellie
& I welcome

"Whitty"

|
Sire: Australian Ch. Statley Pilgrim Courage
Dam: Australian Ch. Birsay Bonny
Named after a horse in the 1991 Melbourne Cup,
Whitty was whelped by Joan Bailey of Statley Pugs of Eagle Point.
Every house has a couch potato of a pet and
Whitty is our pet. She has had a limited show career and we only bring
her out every now and then.
She has an exceptional Apricot fawn coat
and has been judged Best Apricot Pug in 6
consecutive Pug Club Of Victoria Championship Shows & Open Shows.

Whitty
crossed the Rainbow Bridge earlier this year (2009)
and is deeply missed by all.
Breakfast
time will not be the same without Whitty begging for toast. |

DARNAWAY CEZANNE
"Leo"
Sire: Britbull The Scorceror
Dam: Chrishell Enchanter
(Imp. New Zealand)
Leo was bred by Val Anderson and is one of
a very few Tiger Brindles in Victoria. He
was named after Leo Sayer, a favourite singer of Kellie.
He is a true showman and makes sure that people
in his immediate vicinity know that he is there.
Leo began his show career by winning Opposite
Baby Puppy In Show in the 2003 French Bulldog Club of Victoria Championship
and Open shows. He followed this by winning Best Brindle In Show at
the 2004 show. His success is assured as he matures into an older
dog.
Leo
crossed the Rainbow Bridge some 3 years ago, on his way to a dog show
and his contribution to the Victorian French Bulldog world is
profoundly missed.

RITAZ ARCTIC MIST
"Misty"
Sire: Aussie Bound
V.D. Hoevensehof
(Imp. Netherlands)
Dam: Ritaz Sweet Seduction
Misty was bred by Rita & Brian Davis of Yass and
in her first shows won 3 consecutive Baby Puppy In Group awards.
Her
show career was limited as Misty discovered the wonderful life of being a
couch potato.
After
giving us 2 healthy litters, Misty was retired to a life of couch sleeping
and stealing my pillow which has now become her day bed.
Her
loving nature continues to bring us great happiness.
